Sistem Pangkalan Data PELITA
The Integrated Training Certificate Database System (PELITA) is an archiving and training certificate data management platform developed for BBPVP Semarang. This system is designed to centralize trainee data and facilitate the process of searching, verifying, and managing certificates efficiently.
The system integrates a comprehensive database with an intuitive user interface, allowing administrative staff to track participants' training histories quickly and accurately.
Objective
To digitize and centralize the archiving system for vocational training certificates so that it is more structured, secure, and easily accessible by stakeholders for verification and reporting purposes.
Result
The creation of an efficient database system that accelerates the certificate data retrieval process, reduces the risk of physical data loss, and improves the transparency and accuracy of training reports at BBPVP Semarang.
