Sistem Pendataan Metodologi & PBL
The Methodology and PBL (Project Based Learning) Data Collection System is an internal platform built to record, manage, and monitor the progress of participants undergoing methodology training and project-based learning. This system ensures structured data management and tracking of participant development.
Designed primarily using Google Workspace tools, the system leverages Google Forms for initial data entry, Google Spreadsheet for structured database processing, and Google Sites as an easily accessible interface. The integration provides a seamless reporting mechanism without the need for complex backend infrastructure.
Objective
To centralize the data collection process of PBL and Methodology training participants, replacing scattered manual inputs with a digital, organized, and easily accessible monitoring system.
Result
Established a neat and integrated data repository. The system enables instructors and administration staff to quickly track participant metrics, evaluate progress, and generate structured reports for final assessments.
